OK guys I'm tired of doing searches on here. I young with a high metabolism so I'm not interested in carbs,fat,sugar, etc. All I want to know is what are some HIGH protein foods and approx. how many grams of protein are in each. I weigh about 175 so I'm looking to get around 300 grams of protein per day without having to eat 10 times per day.
I was given this list a few weeks ago but I'm not sure how accurate the information is but this is a good way to get this post started!
1. Egg - 6grams
2. Scoop of Whey protein - 24grams
3. Scoop of Casein - 23grams
4. Can of Tuna - 43grams
5. Subway chickin teryaki - 21grams
6. McDonalds grilled chicken - 35grams
7. Peanutbutter sandwich - 20grams
