Been working out for around 14 months now. for the first 8-9 months, my progress was coming along good, but recently I have made zero gains. You can see in the attached pics (sorry for my lack of pants in the before pic, lol). Not sure exactly, but they're several months apart. I notice that my traps have grown, but that's pretty much it. I'm pretty sure it's my routine and not my diet, b/c I'm actually 7lbs heavier in the after pics, but I can't see it.
When I first started working out, I used a split and went to failure on each set. Then when I saw I wasn't gaining anymore I stopped going to failure on every set, but kept with a split, but it didn't make much difference.
I also think I have depression which is partly due to my physique, because I'm tired of being skinny, and partly due to other things.
I was thinking of trying Starting Strength since I never tried that to begin with. The only problem is that I feel I may be beyond the stage of gaining a lot of muscle with such little volume. At first, I saw the weights go up quickly, but now I do my compound lifts, as well as direct arm work, and my arms still don't grow. Can anyone recommend any programmes that may work for me? Thanks.

I'm doing a Fullbody routine and it worked well for me while I was bulking. It looks like this:
Monday and Friday: Bench 5x5 (reg park style), Tbar Rows 3x6-8, Shoulder Press 3x6-10, Underhand Lat Pulldowns 2-3x6-10, Pushdowns 3x6-10, Alternating DB Curls 2x6-10
Wednesday: Is the almost the same: instead of tbar rows I do cable rows and instead of shoulder press I do Cable raises
Make sure you weigh yourself every week and aim to gain 1 lbs per week at most. If you notice you're putting too much fat, decrease the calories a bit (gaining a little fat is normal on a bulk but only do this if it is too much)
