    What's the best dosing for this? Have ran it in anabeta elite and Lean extreme but never solo

    I spread mine evenly, with one dose preworkout always. I think coop said it doesn't matter too much a while ago.

    Can it or would it be beneficial for me to take it orally also?

    which topical? I'd be surprised if any of them would have much more than 25mg per dose...and probably just a 25% extract at that...but that's speculation...regardless, I'd still use it orally as well

    agreed, coop did say that. I've dosed all 100mg preWo as well as 50mg 2x's day...same effect...

    Most people spread it out throughout the day. Every 4 hours or so. Some will opt for a 50mg bolus pre-workout.

    I've been using it 25 mg pre, 25 mg post, 25 mg 5 hours after that with a fat burner dose (Alpha-T2) then the last 25 mg before bed.

    Forskolin products you can use: Forskolin-95, Primaforce Forskolin, PNI Paragon

    Definitely. Topical only augments cAMP signaling at the level of the adipocyte (subcutaneous lipolysis). Orally, you get increased bone mineral density, increased LBM, increased testosterone and free T, increased vasodilation, I can go on...

    100mg per day?? I thought 50mg per day was optimal.. I've been taking 25mg before breakfast and 25mg before dinner for about a month now. Taking it pre-workout slowed me down for some reason..

    Well, I wasn't expecting it to give me energy, but I felt a little sluggish. It was the first week when I was taking 50mg pre-workout so maybe my body was getting used to it. I have no idea.

    But 100mg is optimal now?

    Well I will assess my tolerance by only taking 50mg a day. Maybe 25mg before breakfast and another 25mg before lunch and up it accordingly....

    Thanks for pointing out Forskoliin in PNI Paragon. I forgot about that. However I am guessing you are only getting near Forskolin 50% at 102mg at 3 caps. Is this enough? Also would you cycle Paragon at 8 weeks ON, 4 weeks OFF repeat?
