I know that its normal to lose 2-3lbs per week when cutting.
But when bulking what sort of gains will you see.
I know this will vary depending on fat intake but rough;y how much muscle can you gain in a week

yeah about an inch
but i was on a see food diet and i didnt need to be
but i was going up in weight classes so i just ate ate ate
it was fun but now im cutting =/Goals:

If you've been overtraining and swith to lower volume its very possible to put on 30lbs of muscle in a year. I personally gained 15lbs muscle in 6 months by changing down my routine to allow for more recovery.
There is no single answer to the question, it depends how long you've been training, diet, rest etc. etc.

dont ask me how this worked but i went to the doctors and stuff to check my weight, height etc. i always go to the doctor at least once a month even if theres nothing wrong, incase my newer diets triggered something inside me and screwed me up or sumthin. i was 5'4 at both periods
June 18th
weight is: 108 pounds
Body Fat percentage is: 7
August 18th
weight is: 128 pounds
Body Fat percentage is: 9
if you wanna call it a load of crap go ahead, cos as long as i know its the truth nothing you know will really have effect on meIt's not he who knows more that is the better lifter, it is he who puts into action what he knows.
