Dont think you need to max out and feel all destroyed after each session, and dont think for a second you need to train 123423 times a week to grow. 3 days week/full body is amazing for natties.

I'm 23 brah. I pointed out your avi not as a haha point out. Just pointing out the fact that at the end of the day you aren't making a living off your body. A week off means fuq all in the end to your normal gym goer, so take it when ya need it.

Obviously you have not done the research, because if you did.. You wouldnt be talking about what people told you. Theres a reason why natties should stick with the basics (and some extra stuff). Its all about getting stronger.. This whole 8-12 pump squueze blood to tthe muscle is bull**** propaganda from roided up bodybuilders who are owned by supplement companies.
I dont like 5x5 because people tell me its good, I like it because of the research and science behind it. Obviously 5/7 will work, but it wont be as optimal, and if you want to get really big and strong (natty) you need to focus on the exercises who make you big and strong: Deadlifts, Squats, Bench, OhP, Rows (and some curl, extensions for obvious reasons) and ofc prehab/mobillity work.

Nick, like the video I posted says, a lot of that CNS stuff is nonsense. We all have barriers to break through. Look at Jerry Rice's workout regimen. He trained harder then anyone and kicked ass for 20 seasons. If you push your limits they will expand and allow you to push harder the next time.
My advice stands at take an extra day off here and there. Let your body be your guide.
Some people get upset if you don't take their advice. I don't care if you take mine because all I offer is anecdotal advice on what has worked for me.
If you want to be a beast then train like a beast and not a scientist. Lift heavy ass weights and always push to do more reps or higher weights then last week. If you feel like you need an extra day then take it. If not then hit the gym like a m'fer and take no prisoners.
