    Lmao. I actually gave him plenty of legit tips (for a natty trainee) and he wanted me to post my lifts and get an avi. Just like any broscience ******* would reply with. He also said that he was a certified trainer, but didnt know anything about physiology..

    Deload for a week and do some mobility/foam rolling/stretching/go get a massage etc... Will help significantly.

    Ehh its not like i sit there and max bench daily. But when i squat or deadlift or bench i rep out, but i will do one set ( of my max 1 rep) and then drop the weight and hit 7-8reps to failure for a few more sets.

    Drop the drugs (Use small doses of caffein to settle the withdrawal)

    I'd start by not going to failure and lowering overall volume on the big compounds. This helped me get stronger, might work for you.

    Beginning of thread made it seem like you weren't going to take time off, even though you knew you needed to. If you are indeed cycling off stims/taking break then you can ignore my previous posts.

    I'm 23 brah. I pointed out your avi not as a haha point out. Just pointing out the fact that at the end of the day you aren't making a living off your body. A week off means fuq all in the end to your normal gym goer, so take it when ya need it.

    Im not stubborn at all ive taken everyones advice, remember were just talking about stopping a pwo and heavy weight... and 70% diet 30% gym. im not a king and i have alotttt to learn. but for my age i know a pretty good amount and strength wise.. i wont lie i am pretty ****ing strong ( no brag but weight doesnt lie) for 164lbs and i train 8 reps every set ( besides the one set i go really heavy for enjoyment) stop acting like your better than you actually are.

    Well yes i do not want to take a week off. am i going to ? Debating that or de loading. And i going to stop pwo? I will 1/2 and ween off. No more 1-3 dmaa though. chit is crazy. I know what works for my body, and how to build muscle the natty way and i will do what it takes to make progress. And i said all that chit above because your trying to be-liddle me.. srs like i said your good at not making it obvious. And you seem like a troll.. A very good one for the fact of the matter

    Obviously you have not done the research, because if you did.. You wouldnt be talking about what people told you. Theres a reason why natties should stick with the basics (and some extra stuff). Its all about getting stronger.. This whole 8-12 pump squueze blood to tthe muscle is bull**** propaganda from roided up bodybuilders who are owned by supplement companies.

    I dont like 5x5 because people tell me its good, I like it because of the research and science behind it. Obviously 5/7 will work, but it wont be as optimal, and if you want to get really big and strong (natty) you need to focus on the exercises who make you big and strong: Deadlifts, Squats, Bench, OhP, Rows (and some curl, extensions for obvious reasons) and ofc prehab/mobillity work.

    Nick, like the video I posted says, a lot of that CNS stuff is nonsense. We all have barriers to break through. Look at Jerry Rice's workout regimen. He trained harder then anyone and kicked ass for 20 seasons. If you push your limits they will expand and allow you to push harder the next time.

    My advice stands at take an extra day off here and there. Let your body be your guide.

    Some people get upset if you don't take their advice. I don't care if you take mine because all I offer is anecdotal advice on what has worked for me.

    If you want to be a beast then train like a beast and not a scientist. Lift heavy ass weights and always push to do more reps or higher weights then last week. If you feel like you need an extra day then take it. If not then hit the gym like a m'fer and take no prisoners.


    But then again, what do I know?
