Very heavy supplementing, alot of caffien and 1-3 DMAA. alot.. i also take a rest day 1/12 days. i train extremely hard with max's almost every other day as in deadlft, squat,or bench. i eat really good but im just shot everywhere. im starting to get injuries in my wrist, elbows, knees are broke basically due to max deadlifts and ass to grass squats and legpress. not sure if tendonitis. I do not want to cycle off my pre workout. Stopped taking DMAA because its a heavy stim.
any advice?

I dont rely on stims and chit. Mentally im always stoked and make lifting the high light of my day. But i NEED them now. Its that bad. I tried going off them.. i cant do it.. so i just keep adding to it, more pre more stims etc. now im all ****ed up, dmaa makes me euphoric as fck, i take 120+ mg's of it as my tolerance is very high. makese
Crash during class and chit. idk what im doing anymore**Sniffs angus during 69 crew**

Weening off of pre's and stim's isn't always easy. But sometimes it's gotta be done. I was over 1000 mgs of caffeine a day and had to ween myself off. Miserable, miserable days were had.
Or you could just keep taking them; and you can just keep experiencing the same negative effects as you are now, but gradually worsening even more. In that case, why'd you even ask for help? Stay safe buddy, serious. As I was sitting there puffing the last of my cigarette, an old man approached me. He told me if I saved all the money I had spent on cigarettes in my lifetime, I could afford a Ferrari. So I asked the old man if he could lend me an extra cigarette, to which he replied that he did not smoke. With my last puff of my cigarette I then asked him, "Where's your Ferrari?"

Take a deload week with no stims. You'll have no energy to go heavy because of the stim withdrawal anyways. After the deload week go back to your normal workout schedule. If you need an extra preworkout boost try a non stim supplement or some coffee

its beyond relying on them. its bad. so bad how addicted i am. its like a drug addiction. ( not that i would know never did drugs before) but im assuming this is what it feels like.
and 1/12 days is on the light side. I honestly dont take rest days ever.
24-48 hours between each bodypart and my diet is amazing i recover suprisingly well. mentally im always happy to lift hard, plus i got 2 hours a day. i enjoy it and do stupid amounts of volume. I know what has to be done to fix this but i dont think i can take a week off**Sniffs angus during 69 crew**

I never take a week off but I often will take an extra rest day here and there. I've learned to warm up more and stretch after workouts and that helps me keep the aches and pains down significantly. I also swear by fish oil and getting enough fats in your diet.
watch this about CNS and aches and pains

the only way is to take time off from lifting and limit your stimulants. i've been through it before.
