Skill ups

If you feed your monster other monsters with the exact same Active Skill, there is a chance your monster's Active Skill will "Skill Up," which decreases its cooldown length in battle. This may not seem like a big deal, but it can mean the difference between life and death for certain useful Active Skills. See Monster Skills for more info on Skill Ups.

and skill up chance is 20ish% if you do it when its on a 2x skillup event. (they happen pretty often)

dont even bother if there isnt an event happening.

Just got Ares! I'll save all my stones till the godfest now

ares is actually who i started with as well. about rank 200 now. ares helped me beat most technicals and normals as well as survey dungeons. then i rolled a lucifer and beat all the legendary descends that way. i would say ares is just fine as a starter as long as you plan on saving up or buying some stones to roll during a good godfest for an endgame spike leader. i myself have byakko,horus,bastet,ra so im all set. a high level high skilled ares team by himself is only gonna be able to beat 1 or 2 descends and most normals, technicals and all weekday/weekend special dungeons

Those are a little dated and by no way set in stone.

Generally teams get better as the damage multipliers increase so 4x > 3.5X leaders are > 3x are > 2x/2x etc The exception would be tank teams (2x hp 2xrcv from each leader) and some speciality teams like based on green odin, poisons, resist leaders etc.

There are monsters that take more, some of the high star cards take 5 million EXP to take from lvl 1 to 99, a same color pengdra feeds 45k

Basically bought a Beelzebub. Not sure why since I don't really have a spot for him but after I spent a stone or 2 I wasn't going to stop. Used 8 total.
1 on Tiamat and 7 on Beezel. Didn't realize how much hp he had and my UmiYami couldn't pack a hard enough hit since I don't have any strong light subs. Oh well, no player choice for me.

Attempted, lucked out both 1 turn on floor one luckily I had 6 dark orbs and busted a 8 combo with 2 3 orb matches to drop one, I succumbed to not having enough healing later team just didn't have the stats from levels eggs enough to hang but I see how a 2/4/2 team is doable.

Don't think tank teams can do it you gotta drop one of the hounds on floor 1 ASAP they both hit for over 20k on a 1 turn counter even a Luci/Luci team can have serious trouble tanking that out. Also floor 4 has an execute. 4x damage seems to be the minimum for this dungeon.

The unofficial tally had amaterasu as the last slot but unfortunately it looks like it got bumped out for neptune. Not sure where they got this info from but it should be correct. Glad they have it on new years; gives us a few extra days to collect the daily stone

Got Beelze after 3 stones w/ a Kirin team one shot by Tiamat <50% once, died once to astaroth due and once to Beelze but those were my mistake. Both were within kill range but I went for a greedy combo and messed up.

Max skill Echidna, fairly skilled up verche and everyone around level 70 except friend Kirin who was +297 max. 1 shot first floor, tank second until 50% to get skills up, echidna on astaroth then tank her until 30%, had to use Ceres skill in there. 4th floor easy with a few activations, hit beelze with 2 gravs and echidna. You get about 5 attempts to kill him.

All said and done, don't even have a spot I want to put him on my Satan team unless I could skill him up easily. I actually heard Cerberus is superior with his row enhance and +skill awokens, but I didn't get one to drop

Marine and Dino Ryder are garbage IF you don't have a Dark Metatron, and even then they aren't the best subs for Dark Meta. You don't, so yeah, they're garbage. Keep them around, but they aren't very useful IMO.

Kirin is one of the best leaders in the game, so you're good there. it's not very easy to use for newbies, but kirin clears almost anything.
D/D Batman is a very solid dark leader since there is no one else like him at 2x atk / 2x hp for dark monsters. You can easily befriend some Lokis and powerfarm with monodark.
You also have Hermes and Lakshmi, which are good components for monoblue.

Tamadras are for awakening your monsters.

got belzubub with a 4 stone clear with horus, bodin,bastet,pavarti,echidna, zero plus eggs on my guys but my horus friend had about 100

thinks thats worth it. less stones than a rem roll...

1. Hero Series Leader Skill Revisions

Leader skills will be updated in January. There will be a multiplier depending on number of same colored, connected orbs cleared, 3x for 6, 3.5x for 7, 4x for 8, and possibly 2.5x for 5 (latter is not confirmed yet)

Similar revisions will be made to Ult Leviatha's leader skill

2. Orochi Skill Ups

There will also be a monster released next year in JP that will skill up Orochi. It is unclear whether this will be a collab monster or not.

3. Good news for HP conditional leaders

There will be a change in the new update which allows you to easily determine whether you are in the HP sweetspot when using leads like Goemon or Dark Metatron





heroes could be interesting, i like the dark one the most.

cant wait to max skill my orochi. i could make a byakko team with max skilled orochi,echidna, and a beelzubub or dl batman or a max skilled gravity like hades (since my healer team is now easily able to take out hera zero stone)
