Have I calculated my macros correctly?

So, I'm mostly a lurker here, reading stickies and stuff but with me being a noob and all I do have a few questions. Someone told me what my macros were for the day but I figure I need to learn to calculate these things myself. I did read the calculating macros sticky but I'm not too sure if I did it right, it was a bit confusing for me. What I am trying to do is lose weight so I figured these:

    I am a female, 135 lbs, 5ft2 and I am 20 years old.

I figured I need 2,006 calories a day to maintain my weight and 1,605 calories to lose body fat.

    Protein - 135g
    Fat - 54g
    Carbs - 144g

Does this look correct for me to lose weight? I do not know my body fat %

yeah, it looks good. give it a go and see how it goes. you can always readjust calories later on.

Your carbs look a little high, but if you aren't carb sensitive then you don't have anything to worry about. Give it a run and see how it goes.

High? No she's actually at a moderate carb intake
OP, looks good. Eat like this for a good 2-4 weeks, if you aren't seeing the changes you are looking for adjust as needed
