i keep binging with sweats or basically anything lately like i might manage to have 2-3 good weeks and manage to lose 3 kg then binge for 2-3 days and gain like 1-2 back .. ;/ any advice guys?
"binging" first started when i broke up with my ex 4 months ago.. cant follow a normal routine for a long time anymore >.<
