    Satiating Fat Sources?

I'm cutting right now, and I have a nice array of satiating foods when it comes to carbs and protein, but the only food I have for fats are eggs. Any suggestions brahs?

My favorite 'filling meal' is a fried egg on toast with avocado and tomato. Add cheese for bonus points.

I find creamy cheeses, like blue cheese, are highly satiating.

Fatty cuts of pork or beef, full fat dairy products, and nut butters are the first things I can think of.

Peanut butter really does it for me. Even just a thin layer of peanut butter on my toast makes the meal so much more satisfying. I also found adding a little bit of grass fed butter to my rice goes a long way.

Fats and proteins are more satiating than carbs typically, so anything that has a higher % of both with low carb

ie. Eggs, fatty meats, greek yogurt etc.

Fat isn't really satiating in itself. Protein is.

So choose fat sources with protein. Eggs, nuts, peanut butter, dairy etc.

I find Avocado pretty satiating. I make some homemade guacamole with some sour cream and that's a nice amount of dietary fat.

Or eat a nice fat ribeye and that'll have a lot of dietary fat (along with protein) that will be satiating as hell.
