Grimek hands down. Vince was no slouch in the shape and symmetry department, and his ideas on how to train and eat were way ahead of his time. (Not all were good, IMO, but he did have a lot of good advice).
However, in terms of appearance, Grimek had a thickness to him that Gironda never had and exuded power. Gironda lacked that quality. Knew you were a Grimek fan. I remember seeing the last picture of him in the OP in The Encyclopedia of Bodybuilding, and thinking what an awesome, photo, pose, physique. Had to have been 25 years ago. Ha, just looked its the first pic in the "Bodybuilding Hall of Fame" section.
