***Official COD: Ghosts Thread*** 5 CODs strong and still Full Potato****

After some hours, my opinion is that this game sucks ass. Not finished playing yet, as I play all games to form a better opinion.

I'm good at all the previous Cods except this. For those of you who are good, how has your play style changed? Mine really hasn't, as it was fairly adaptable to the previous series. How do you traverse the environment without getting shot for the left, right, back? I feel overwhelmed with all the different paths and windows. And what do you do about that guy camping with thermal and silencer? In the previous Cods I could easily kill 2-3 and catch my breath, gather my wits, and continue on. In ghosts, everyone runs around like headless chickens. Literally. And its frustrating because, 80% of these scrubs shouldn't be killing me and wouldnt be killing me in MW2, Black Ops, Mw3, etc.



I have small hopes for Cod Advanced Warfare. Treyarch seems to be our only hope. Hope that they'll bring back a WW2 Cod with good graphics, maps, spawns, and balanced gameplay. I'm sick of this futuristic sht.

I have a one that's not even plugged in...hasn't been since probably April. So much want to bf it up but I've been getting pay bumps for certifications. I spend most my free time working on them now.

I know we have two Florida ppl in the crew (if you include maybelater), anyone in the Tampa area? We are looking at moving down there this fall. Looking for local advice...

I don't know if the other games had different ADS times and all that when they stayed in the same class, but the Vepr is far and away the best rushing SMG. I toss Marathon, Dead Silence, Focus, SoH and some other stuff I can't remember and just blaze through the map from side to side capping when necessary. You'd be amazed at how maybe .5% of people are ever ready for a marathoner to start the game. You can clean up before B is even touched.

I use Stalker/ADS all the time on anything not a SMG, even my sniper rifles that I use more like Marksmen Rifles. My k/d is only 2.4 compared to the 3.2 I think it was in BO2 (attribute that to the lack of VSAT trains that made BO2 a cakewalk), but it's easy to adjust to after a bit of time.

I'd question your sanity if you passed up money for BF. Not that I wouldn't mind getting down, but you know what I mean. No kid wants a deadbeat father for a role model, so keep on getting the money Cheapman (ironic naming amirite).

In other news, I just bought a 27" Samsung monitor. Sweet mercy what a difference you get when you're feet away. I'd still rather get game in the living room on the 55" TV, but I can see the allure I think in monitor gaming now.

No, you can rush pretty much every game. Maybe you're using the wrong gun or something, the Vepr is gold.

I pretty much always rush at this point, I only switch to an AR if there's too many campers on the enemy flag. The percent was just a random number anyways, I didn't think anyone would actually compute it lol.

Some Samsung 27", LED I think. Model is S27C230, and I probably could've done better but it was mostly an impulse buy. I was going to go with a 24" cheap one that I'd use for work only, but the guy talked me into the 27" one. I'm going to do a bit of upgrading for the office space in the near future and get another one, use one for work and then the other for entertainment, keep the Macbook plugged in and maybe try some console gaming on it since everyone raves about how **** TVs are for response and that monitors are all the rage.

There's an ASUS one that has 2 HDMI ports and all that good stuff, but I need to get a larger desk before going crazy there. Probably get a L-Shaped desk and keep them on each side.

The size difference is incredible, even on the Macbook's Retina which is like 2580x1600 or something screen I find myself more wanting to use the 1080p resolution of the monitor. I've always been a fan of bigger screens which is why I'm so dedicated to gaming on the 55" TV, regardless of how bad the response time is. I can't see myself doing any actual PC gaming though, I've never cared for the whole mouse/keyboard thing. I'd end up using a controller and then I'd be getting prison raped by the guys with the mice and keyboards, so I'll stick to the consoles.

Been too busy playing minecraft pocket edition with my nephews and nieces who all range from ages 2-8.

Just wowing them by worlds that I download online and telling them that I built them. They call me the minecraft god.


Wish there was a way to import our classic misc town tho. I wonder if fuzz has it saved somewhere still.
