The waterproof bracelet that calculates your movement... its pretty close to accurate. Not 100%, but close. Its a good idea to estimate by...
I sync myfitnesspal with my fitbit flex....
My macros go up during the day (I set them manually in fitnesspal for cutting, 40%protein/30%carbs/30%fats)... should I be eating more macros of what fitnesspal tells me?
So Example... My daily is set at 100 grams of carbs... after work, I burn about 900 calories so my fitbit synces to my fitness pal for exercise... and it shoots up to 130 grams of carbs. Is that okay if I eat that aslong as I stay in my calorie budget?
I understand fitness pals foods aren't all accurate.. I triple check everything. I watch everything.
Just curious... anyone else use these?

I don't own the device you asked about, I personally think those types of things are a waste of money.
As far as your nutrition questions. Never go by percentages for macros. MFP should only be used as a way to track the calories and macros from foods you have weighed (on a digital scale) and nutritional info you input for the foods. NEVER trust the info already on MFP for a specific food.
Also, don't "eat back" calories burned while working out.

what bit in the nutrition sticky confuses you, or makes it hard to understand? if you explain, perhaps people will help clarify.
you asked a lot of the same questions here: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=157872403 and some of them have been answered so there's no need to start another thread.
no commercial electronic gadget is going to measure your output with any degree of 'accuracy'. not knowing how many calories you burn in a given day isn't the deal breaker for most people anyway. fat loss is about creating a sustained deficit (that you can calculate using the sticky), and keeping at it."The human race is still largely a group of monkeys with slightly better grooming habits. Give them a microscope and and they'll examine their own ****, give them a telescope and they'll go looking for tits."

Ignorant huh? One of the most overused and wrongly used words
Like Miranda said. What exactly confuses you? You can't just say oh I don't get it, tell meeeee!
If you have a SPECIFIC question people will help you, but no ones going to walk you through every step. It's really not hard to figure it out
