    Adding to a Workout

    My question is... and I hope it's in the right section.

    I am currently doing the Shortcut to Size 12 week program. I want to track my cardio with this program, but it doesn't give the option to add it in. Is there a way to add or even track my cardio on my fitboard, calendar or alter the program so I can track it?

    i guess there are couple of apps out there which can do this job for ya! Have look in your smartphone's Market or app store!
