No more than 2. And both scoops i use for my breakfast and preworkout oatmeal. (mostly for flavor actually)

2-4 and I'm cutting. Usually 2 scoops in morning sludge or shake. I bake with it or use it to hit my macros at the end of the day.

right now just 2 scoops of whey but i am going into bulk so it will be 6-8...
2 scoops of whey
4 scoops of mass builder
1 scoop of a casien before bed...USPLA Oregon 220lb Submasters raw record holder for Bench,Squat,Deadlift and overall total lbs.
UPA Oregon 220lb submasters Bench only, masters 242lb push pull and full meet record holder.

1 on some weekdays.
I used to rely heavily on protein powders to meet my requirements but I after some introspection into my nutritional philosophy, I reduced to 1 scoop purely for convenience and the rest comes from food. I like it better that way and a small tub of ON Whey lasts forever.
