    Why i feel Rear leg in bulgarian lunges?

    hi all..when i do bolgarian lunges bodyweight i feel working only rear leg and not front leg..so what does it happen?i stop keep doing exercise because of rear leg pain ,although my front leg hasnt been exhausted...thanks all
