750 calorie and 250 calorie meal

Ive just organized my meal plan so I can hit the right amount of calories,
one of 750 calorie meals equivalents to -
1.5 cups of brown rice, two cans of tuna and some vegs (lunch)
one of my 250 calorie meals is -
Two pieces of whole grain bread and two tablespoons of peanut butter (afternoon snack)

Does this seem like it equivalents to 750 and 250 calories? it seems a little small, thought I should just ask before I over or under eat. im trying to hit 3100 calories per day for bulking. thank you.

I would strongly recommend not to eat 2 cans of tuna often due to the mercury levels in that particular food.

Weigh/measure your food accurately for a proper count of calories/macronutrients.
Also watch the tuna intake and vary your diet to ensure you're meeting micronutrient needs as well.

Stop making yourself crazy over individual meals. Just make sure you reach your calorie and macronutrient goals.

    I'd keep it to 1-2 cans/week.
For structuring your meals simply consume what you're in the mood for that is going to help you meet caloric/macronutrient/micronutrient needs.
You don't need to break into down into x amount of each/meal. You're just going to drive yourself insane.

Why are you not consuming whole food sources of protein?
There are tons of great options out there!
Fish, red meats, chicken, dairy, eggs, peanut butter, the list goes on and on.

Make a huge batch of grilled meats or fish
    Ever heard of beans?

You can get a can of black or pinto beans for 2 for $1
    Drain and rinse
Add on top of wheat tortilla
Sprinkle cheese or just hot sauce
    Profit???
