Ive heard that if you work out everyday you build muscle faster, is this true or is it better to work out everyday?

you asked the same question twice and the answers to both are...no, atleast not the same bodypart if your referring to a split, then yes you can workout everyday, provided your getting enough rest,good diet, and all that sweet stuff.
