and supps in general. If only ppl spent all dat $$$ on real food, misc would actually look like it lifts. lol @ sheep buying supplements (can confirm, ex sheep crew)
only legit sources of protons is actual foods like milk, eggs, chicken which eventually will help you get thick, solid, tight etc etc
inb4 whey is classified as real food
inb4 sheep drinking 3-5 "Protein" Shakes a day

lol @ OP thinking meat/fish is cheaper then whey in my country.
Whey is the most cheapest way to get a big part of my protein in, chicken is more expensive here.
i do eat eggs(for them fats) and i drink milk.
also come at me brah when i make my behemoth shake in the morning; 200gram oats, 120 gram whey, 1 litre full milk, 5 spoons olive oil = convencience =saves time = making more money
PWO are the things that are a waste of money, just buy the active ingredients in bulk and mix it yourself. Or be like me and be a beast without pwo
lol@OP that lives in a country with expensive wheyCrabbening barn door dorian yates back with paul demayo rhomboids and tom platz sweeping calfpezius muscles thanks to scambald eggs. Okay peace out bye

Wait, is OP really claiming that whey isn't a legit source of protein? Like is he trying to argue that the protein in whey is different than the protein in chicken?
Strong this, I don't mind spending a little extra for the convenience. Once OP gets out of poverty he will understand spending money for things other than essentials.
