On sale for $80 at the moment. I'm definitely considering it.

Secrets of Personal training is best imo
If you do not hope, you will not find what is beyond your hopes.
You got a dream, you gotta protect it. People can’t do something themselves, they wanna tell you, you can’t do it. If you want something, go get it. Period.
The greatest achievement was at first, and for a time, but a dream.

What's this? Link?
Anyway, I purchased the book the day it was released.
EC is one of the most intelligent guys in the business. The book centres around clients with either posterior or anterior pelvic tilt and also applied to those with neutral pelvic alignment.
It has 2, 3 or 4 day programs over 4 different phases.
I think the ebook is great for opening our eyes to programming details that will benefit client's of different postures. You also get the exercise library with it too.
For the price, it is well worth it. But as with anything, it is all about application.Tired of boring cardio? Want to add a challenge to your workouts?
