    Correcting Shoulder Blades popping out

Is there some sort of routine or exercise to correct my shoulder blades from popping out? I'm too lazy to post my own pic, but here's approximately what i'm talking about. On a relaxed state with no movement from my part my shoulder blades look something like this.

Prone trap raises (for the lower traps):

Incline shoulder raises (for the serratus anterior):

You also need to start stretching your pecs (especially your pec minor). Increasing your pec flexibility and strengthening your lower traps and serratus anterior will correct winged scapulae.

    How effective will that be?
Should i practice those excercises on my off days, or along with specific muscle gorups? How many reps/sets/load?
