I agree, however the problem that lawmakers always bring up is that there are 18 year olds in highschool

so I think the drinking age should be lowered to 19, and the enlistment age raised to 19

Never understood people who argue for drug testing people on welfare, almost all drugs are out of your system in roughly 48 hours or so aside from weed so what's the point, and whose gonna pay for the drug tests? You need labs, lab techs, equipment, and facilities to administer drug tests. All of which are very expensive
