Hemavol and ______?

It seems like several people on this forum like to mix hemavol with a pre-workout. I've never tried hemavol myself but i maybe plan on it. I am just a bit skeptic on its effects yet i see so many people ranting about it.

I'd like to know which combo is the most effective if i want to go:

hemavol + STIM
or
hemavol + nonstim

Hemavol + Pre Jym or any decent PWO really.

or

Hemavol + Potassium Nitrate.

HemaVol + Anything is my favorite but ... I would say + Stim is the best .


I prefer to stack it with Conquer, White Flood Reborn, C4, etc.

Take it 45 minutes to an hour before your workout with an empty stomach.

Currently I'm going the creatine-free route GFuel + Hemavol and Stimul8 + Hemavol.... I'll be back on Conquer + Hemavol in a week or two.

Hemavol + stim PWO = epic combo.

D-Stunner stacks amazingly with Hemavol. Hemavol provides the pumps while D-Stunner provides strong energy and crazy tunnel-vision focus.

Loving it actually, doesn't seem to reflect the label energy wise, I am usually turned off by lower stimmed pre-workouts but it definitely delivers, I got watermelon and it is one of the best tasting watermelons I have tried.

I liked Pump Igniter by itself so I'm sure it would be a good combo. Only 1 way to find out

I mixed Hemavol with Hyde and felt like I could work out for at least 2 hours if not more. 1 scoop of each and energy and pumps were amazing!

This, Fierce Domination is an excellent pair, one of the best IMO.

Both contain Agmatine, Citrulline, and GMS, so when paired together you get excellent doses of all three ingredients at just one scoop each. Definitely a popular combo
