Scary as fuark but still gjdm, you'll get there. My big goal before I tore my RC was to hit 275. Only made it to 265. I'm sure 315 will be in your life at some point. Since surgery I've been able to briefly get back to 225 so watchin the video brought back a lot of good feels. Enjoy it man savor every good workout.
Also show's how important it is to have the spotter follow that bar all the way down.~Barefooters Crew~
