DHEA + D-Aspartic Acid Blood Test Results

    - Baseline Testosterone -
Woke up at 8:30AM, blood drawn at 9:00AM
Total (serum) level (only vitamins and protein powder taken): 359 ng/dL

    - 7 days of 300mg/daily of DHEA + 5 days 3g/daily of D-Aspartic Acid
Woke up at 7:40AM, blood drawn at 8:10AM
Total (serum) level (DHEA + DAA + vitamins + protein powder): 366 ng/dL

DHEA brand was Nature Bounty 25mg (12 pills daily) approved by Consumer Labs
    DAA brand was Primaforce tub.

Should I have waited another week? I could have, but I think I'm done being a experimental subject to these
Trashed both DHEA and D-Aspartic Acid and I'm going to find another doctor to seek TRT, I'm getting seriously depressed.

I don't think 7 days is long enough for an OTC test booster to make a difference. As said above- do you feel any different?

Dude, thats a 2% increase in test. What changes do you want to see? Also keep in mind that testosterone levels vary widely from one day to another, so probably there has not been any increase, if this can be called "increase"...

OP: stop taking useless supplements and go see a doctor.

    7 days for a 2.5% "boost" in T?

The 12-day study by Topo E, et al. reflected a 42% "boost" in total testosterone for DAA.

mood has always been depressed, no changes there.
sex drive: not much of a change. if anything, things are more polarizing. what I mean is, when I don't want sex, I really don't want sex, but when I do want sex, I really do want it. morning woods are a bit more frequent.
sleep quality has been the same

Why in the world are y'all wasting effort talking about libido? You have blood results. Discussions about subjective feelings of sex drive are usually reserved for those who have no actual blood tests on testosterone levels.

The handful of bros on here who actually post blood results almost always show around a 40-45% increase in T after 2 weeks on DAA.

I'm trying to figure out why you chose to take products in attempt to boost test when you want TRT. Seems counterproductive but what do I know. You are going to have a hard time getting a script with levels in the mid 300s.

You could lower it pretty easily for your next test if TRT is the ultimate goal. I'm assuming you already have kids or don't want them cause that's what your in for and a lifelong exo test source.

A restart would be worth a shot with Clomid, apparently it has worked for some people.

You made the mistake of confounding with DHEA and then not getting free T levels drawn.

I mentioned in my other threads that my doctor says my T levels are fine. My insurance is HMO, which means I need to switch my primary care physicians to see another one I believe (dunno too much about health insurance)

study shows 42% increase after 12 days of DAA. figured it would have increased more than just a few percent.

anyways, the posters in the last last thread suggested "I DO MY RESEARCH, AND GET DAA". **** it.

90% of "natural" supplements are worthless. If you want insane results you may have to choose a less natural method.

In reality, all you need is creatine, glutamine, BCAAs and a phuck ton of food. Although it you really want trt you need to see an endocrinologist. Forget your primary physician.
