Im going to be trying Xfactor for the 1st time next week and APE caught my eye as well. Im just wondering if these are safe to stack or if I should just stick with one intill the other runs out. My main goal is to had size but maintain BF% at the same time.

I did close to two months ago. You're not going to gain only lean mass though, some fat is to to be expected but if you don't go too crazy on your diet, it's nothing that you can cut easily afterwards. Good stack.Originally Posted by Justing2

I dosed APE preworkout every workout. I lift 3 days on 1 day off. I dosed the XF @ 4 caps preworkout every morning (on lift and treadmill only days) straight through.Originally Posted by Justing2

X-factor stacks great with any test booster. Personally I haven't used APE but I have heard good reviews of it.
