Here's an idea, if your team gets crushed.....PRACTICE HARDER......PLAY HARDER or how about stop ****ing showing up to the field if you suck that much.
There's no reason to run up the score, but that's sports, if your feelings get hurt easily, go try lawn bowling.

In school boy rugby there was a 'mercy rule' where if you were above 50 points ahead of the other the game would end, or you had the option to end the game I cant remember

I am not sure it would be a case of bullying. BUT IMO that coach was way out of line letting the score run up that high . When coaches do chit like this, then they put their players at risk of getting hurt.
That coach needs to answer for his actions.

reminds of a time when i was stopped after a basketball game by some beta parents upset that I was to agressive and rough and that scoring too many points was a bad thing.. brb yell at a 12 yr old because my son is uncoordinated and can't dribble a basketball and is stripped everytime.

I remember back in hs football we weren't allowed to win by something like 3 touchdowns or more
Running up the score like that is extremely class less and a scumbag move by the coach.

Not bullying but classless and unsportsmanlike on the coaches part.
When I played in HS we were state champs and the #4 ranked HS in the USA. We would literally steam roll right over every team with the exception of maybe 1-2 teams. Our coach would pull the starters and run different experimental O's/D's and plays if the the lead got excessive.
30 to zip or even 40 to zip is one thing...91-0 is another. That's just excessive.
