Read Read Read. If something interests you read about it, watch vids etc. Forums like this are great but you won't get all the answers you seek and if you don't put in the time to learn it yourself how much value does it really have.

For all I know you may suffer with heart problems or diabetes etc. Without knowing what may prevent you from exercising or your goals etc we can't help you other than suggesting you search through the forums.
