Best sleep aid?

I had been having issues with waking up to pee at night, and sometimes still do but it's no where near as bad, but I'm thinking my body is in the habit of waking up multiple times a night

Is there anything you guys would reccomend that will knock me out and keep me out?

Will any of these keep me out for the count as in real deep sleep? I took 3mg time released melatonin last night by itself, it kept me tired and I found it easy to go back to sleep when I woke up but it didn't keep me out

Melatonin isn't much help for many. It's cheap, I'll give you that much, but not all that effective tbh.

I'm deployed so by the time I get some time to sleep I always nod off right away. I had a sample this weekend of HGH UP and i had the most vivid and crazy dream I can remember. Slept awesome. Ok so people might think i'm nuts for saying this but i've been having difficulty sleeping for 10+ years , i LITERALLY found something last night that knocked me out in 10 minutes. GELATIN , i made a post earlier asking about the benefits of gelatin and people kept bashing me, but as usual with this forum its usually people who think they know science by reading wikipedia. got a small box of unflavored gelatin "KNOX" brand , pull one packet...mix approx a cup and a half with warm to hot water, mix fast and thoroughly.. I suggest adding a packet of Splenda or two, pour contents into a flat bottom container, let stand about half hour. Contents will solidify into "jello". Cut 4 sections, eat one and go lay down in bed. This stuff knocked me out in 10 min flat. Gelatin is 40% amino acid glycine which is a natural neurotransmitter, and its great to help you relax and sleep. for a $1.00 i think its worth it. Try it and you won't regret it.

Melatonin works wonders for lots of people. Some people don't react well to it though. Only way to find out is to try it yourself. Try taking 3mg 20 minutes before you go to sleep and make sure you can get ~8 hours of sleep.

Or you can try an "hgh" product. These types of products don't really affect HGH levels at all, but rather are moreso of just a sleep aid to help you get into deep sleep. My favorite product is Endocrine-IGF.

I'm curious as to why they included 33,334% dv of b12 in abyss. It's the only reason I haven't bought it yet. I need a sleep aid, but between abyss, my multi and hemovol, I'd be getting like 60,000% dv of b12.
