I am an athlete trying to bulk, i am currently 166lbs, extremley active (about 3400-3600 cal just to maintain). Can i just eat a surplus to properly gain weight, or do I need to cut back on my activity level ( should most of my energy be concentrated in the weight room) as well as adding calories, (I'd rather not).
