considering the 39% approval rating for Obama comes from CBS, I wouldn't be shocked if it's actually a few points lower
pssshhhht, obama was only smoking weed. he had money, he was able to "do a little blow" instead of hoping on the crack pipegoodbros, always and forever.

ITT: Everyone's butt hurt about an arbitrary ranking system - just like they have been for what, the last 15 years?
Let's all argue and talk about games that will never be played! Everyone go eat some carbs, pick something heavy up, and write the NCAA a letter telling them to end this silly ****.NOV || Ohio Chapter || Be more, have less.

I'm not mad. We generally get the two best teams in the big game, and the rest really don't matter much. It's ending at the end of the season regardless.
Already did my carbing up and lifting today, hit a new dead pr in the process.
Not a Republican, but yeah...Republicans have put plain awful candidates out there. I still don't understand why Romney was chosen last time. It's lime they wanted to put a socially backward, Mormon version of Obama out there to compete with Obama. I just don't get it.💪💪💪Dirty South Crew💪💪💪

455 for a 3-second pause went up pretty smooth, stopped there so I had something left in the tank for the rest of the day.
No vids, phone died.
Dynamic effort squats with EliteFTS mini bands for accommodating resistance + EliteFTS light bands attached to the rack at a forward position to really force me to keep my chest up have really helped. Hoping to hit mid-500s for plain-Jane squats soon.NOV || Ohio Chapter || Be more, have less.

Canadians love crack, so I think those numbers are skewed.

I use bands and chains on dynamic effort days for bench, squats, and sometimes deadlifts (I train using the conjugate method). Also use them for some other exercises if it fits my training and goals.
Bands can really tax the CNS so outside of DE work I try and use them sparingly.NOV || Ohio Chapter || Be more, have less.

One of my friends now works at Chipotle, right when I'm done at the gym - BRB, "half chicken, half barbacoa" becomes "quadruple meat."
