I love the way Boyer Coe was totally ripping on Lou, hilarious stuff. 6 foot 5, 300 lbs and all the hype in the world couldn't win that Master's Olympia. Actually I'm glad Robby won, and in the end Lou did place above Boyer although Boyer's conditioning was clearly superior. Overall a great documentary and wonderful treat for bodybuilding fans and Hulk enthusiasts everywhere.
"I was laying in bed one night and I thought Ill just quit to hell with it. And another little voice inside me said Dont quit save that tiny little ember of spark. And never give them that spark because as long as you have that spark, you can start the greatest fire again.

That's great, the radio host mentions Lou will be guest posing at cenetnial hall in London Ontario. I did my second show there and am 4.5 weeks out from it right now. Small world! Motivating!

I don't recall ever seeing boyer on video before. I enjoyed hearing him speak. Love his thoughts on life and bodybuilding. Definitely one of my new favorite old timers. Not a fan of his physique though but he did great with his genetics. If he had much better quad sweeps and back thickness he would be complete.
