    Chest 3X a week?

    I want to work equally hard on flat bench and incline bench because my chest really needs some work but i find it very difficult to do both in the same workout so i was wondering if it would be too much to alternate between the two on my 3 workouts? i.e. Monday-Bench Wednesday-Incline Friday-Bench etc. It will be 3X5 each workout. Cheers.

    Are you doing full body workouts?
    Bodybuilding is 60% training and 50% diet. Yes that adds up to 110%, because that's what you should be giving it. Change the inside, and the physique will follow.

    Yeh i'm doing fullbodies 3Xweek using mainly compounds with a few supplemental isolation exercises. U can prove what problem? i'm confused lol.

    All sets at same weight i normally do 3X5 200-220 my breathing is in and out lol.
