I want to work equally hard on flat bench and incline bench because my chest really needs some work but i find it very difficult to do both in the same workout so i was wondering if it would be too much to alternate between the two on my 3 workouts? i.e. Monday-Bench Wednesday-Incline Friday-Bench etc. It will be 3X5 each workout. Cheers.

y not throw some decline in there? if your chest is a weak point dont forget about the delines!
