Here are some photos after my first Fitness show,
These photos where taken a few days later after having a couple cheat meals... lol
I ended up Placing Top 4. I needed to work on conditioning and coming in a bit more fuller.
At the moment I've decided to concentrate on a nice clean bulk and try sit around 92-95kg or 202-209lbs.
Also I have decided to focus on 1 competition, the INBA ACT Titles in September 2014 and compete with the goal of competing in the Natural Olympia in the fitness category.
Looking forward to getting my first solid bulk underway.
Thanks Guys!!

Hahahah, I've only ever stuck around maintenance calories/not been serious about my diet.
I've always trained consistently, just didn't have the knowledge nutritionally.
So over the last few months I've been talking to people and getting advice/reading a fuk ton. worked out my Macro split, learnt a lot about food timing and a bunch of other stuff. so i am very keen to get in a caloric surplus lol.Life's to short for dumb sh$t..

Thanks mate!
I feel as though when i switched to mainly doing dumbbells as my main chest compound instead of straight bar bench press, the larger range of motion allowed my to develop my chest better, i originally started dumbbells due to a minor shoulder pain i got when bench pressing using the straight bar mainly during incline, the dumbbells eliminated the pain so i stuck with them.
i occupationally hit the bench press to mix it up a bit.
but i think the larger rang of motion helped a lot.Life's to short for dumb sh$t..
