    Body Type?

    Hey guys this is my first post on here and im glad to be here. I am really trying to figure out my body type so I can really set my workout plan, so if y'all can help me i would really appreciate it. Im leaning towards Mesomorph but I need you guys/girls help. Thanks

    but yeah the whole body type mesomorph, endo etc was never actually proven to be fact... theres no reason to categorize yourself to certain body types... lifestyle plays a greater role than genetics.
