    Is my metabolism too fast?

    During June, 2013, I weighed 138lb-141lb while trying to bulk up. I couldn't get past that weight range, no matter how much I ate. I stopped lifting during the summer, and I didn't eat as much, resulting in dropping to 130lb. In the last 6 weeks, I managed to go from 130lb to 140lb without gaining much/any fat. I've been at 139-140 for the last week or so, and I'm afraid that I'm going to be stuck here again. Any suggestions? Do you think that my metabolism is just so fast right now, since I'm still 18, that I can't really gain much weight from this point? Thanks.

    Bull****, Sprinkle some olive oil, Drink 2 more glasses of milk and add a peanut butter sandwich. If you arent gaining weightyou arent eating enough, you're 5'5'' shouldnt be hard for you.
    Just eat MORE. And you shouldnt gain more than 1lb/week

    Calculate weight in averages.

    Weigh yourself every morning for 7 days, add the numbers, divide by 7.
    Do the same for the week after, look at the difference, not gaining? Eat more! Gained more than 1lb? watchout.

    Do compound movements such as squats deadlifts and bench press- go hard, essentially that is all you need to put on some solid mass plus what the guy said below about eating penut butter it is extremly calorie dense so you will find yourself getting your calories in much easier,also buy a weight gainer and your sorted

    Do you track your calories?

    Chances are you only eat like 3k cals, which is probably why you don't gain weight. Eat 5k per day and you'll gain weight
