Why do I keep losing weight?

Hi I'm new to the forum and not sure if this is the right section but for the past 2 weeks I have lost 1 pound. I've been lifting since August 1st and following a bulking diet which has been working great prior to two weeks ago. I have consistently gained a pound a week from August 1st to October 4th. I weigh myself once a week at the same time to avoid weight flux which is early in the morning. When I lost my first pound I was really disappointed so I increased my calories that week by 200 a day. I weighed myself again and lost another pound this week. My diet has not changed much from what I have been doing. Still been getting in all my protein from whole foods except 1 protein shake a day and I mess around with my carbs and fat intake (sometimes my carbs are really high other days my fats are really high.

Can anyone maybe give me advice on what to do or why this might be happening?
I've still been progressing with my compound lifts (squat, deadlift, bench)
I take a multi day vitamin everyday.
Not sure why this is happening.

Weight loss and gain is so simple. If your loosing weight your burning more cals than eating and if your gaining your doing the opposite.

    Timing

You need to think about the timing of your meals, especially eating right after your workout and before you go to bed. For weight gain I like it drink a shake (nitro tech) right after I workout and also eat a meal within 30/45 min of finishing my workout. Also I eat a protein heavy meal (chicken or fish) or drink a protein shake (phase8) within an hour before bed. Hope this helps. Gaining weight just takes consistency of diet.
