    feet pain in lunges

    when i do bw lunges i have a pain in my feet in rear leg..what can i do do fix this problem?thanks

    Could have tight feet.

    Stretch them out and also get a tennis ball or massage ball and roll your feet out pre and post workout. Try pushing with your heel more. Could also try box/bench steps rather than lunges.
