    People that went from 16ish to around 10ish. At around what % did you start losing that lower belly fat. I can see my abs pretty well when flexed and a little bit when relaxed. I have gotten to this point before, but I always seem to get stuck with the lower belly fat.

    I went from 36% to 8% SRS (no pics) and it was like night and day. I am fat again now and it back to the way it was.

    quick question brahs , sitting at around 14% body fat and gonna start cutting. Would a full 500 cal surplus be ok?
    Just curious if its burning to much fat,

    When I get leaner like 11-12 should I slow the surplus down?
