chit ton of attention from sloots especially after my competition.
but felt tired/lethargic all the time, blood sugar low AF so irritable as all hell.
Lost a lot of strength but didn't matter because aesthetically was god like.
and yes cheeks were on zombie mode lol

You have no idea how ignorant people are. I get chit everytime I go over 14% bodyfat, one time I did my best ignoring these *******s, bulked up to 200 and got ripped on hard every fuking day for roids.

you can only ignore people for so long, once they start ripping on you for weeks you just lose your chit.

Also I have pretty chit fat distribution genetics, my face bloats up whenever I'm over 12% bf.

Getting under 10% was not enjoyable because I love to eat, but during maintenance it felt great because of summertime. People would occasionally remark on cheekbones, "you look sickly", etc but it feels so great to have your shirt off with other people needing a loaf of bread for all their jelly.

Most people think you're skinny or they're like "oh you've lost some size..." Then they see you shirtless and they lose their minds and no longer think that.

Nobody says you look unhealthy really unless maybe you were really chubby offseason and then switched. I stay around the 9-11% year round for sports and only to down to the 5-7% for competition or photoshoot really.
