    Best supplements for cutting?

I'm trying to do a big calorie deficit + supplements and normal training to lose 30-40 lbs. Cardio 3 times a week along with legs/push/pull.

I was thinking about buying dnpx until I saw that people were apparently dying from it...
Also, is a fatburner + creatine too much? And should I be taking whey?
Please tell me which burner is the best for cutting along with any other supplements I should be taking.

Knock out a question at a time.

    A) Taking creatine and a fat burner at the same time is ok. The creatine will help you retain some strength while cutting. No worries there.

    B) A good fat burner to look into would be Velocity XT by NeoGenix. I personally love using VXT because of the clean energy and feel good effects I get from it. The daily usage is easy and can be used easily around your schedule. Also, I feel so much more focused during the day at work. Has a really nice effect on your overall mood/feeling. Check it out.

Whey is highly recommended on a cut. Because not only is it high in protein, but for me personally, I take it to suppress cravings (whey chocolate = pretend cheat meal)

And I would rather recommend a preworkout with creatine..

I am also doing a Push/Pull/Leg (sorta like yours), and I have seen great results with a preworkout + creatine combo! Builds muscle and burns fat over time..

Sma5h by AxisLabs is a great preworkout for the energy/focus.. and their creatine is on a deal!
NanoVapor is also a great preworkout.. and AI Sports Nutrition's creatine is cheap as well

Check out the nutrition section here if you havn't already. Make sure your diet is in check because if that isn't then supplements won't be of any benefit to you. So assuming you already have all of that squared away...

Yes it is fine to take a fat burner along with creatine. Creatine monohydrate at 5g daily with no loading phases necessary. If you take creatine be sure you're drinking at least a gallon or so of water a day.

Whey protein is a great way to reach your protein goals for the day if you cannot do so from your diet. It is recommended that you get as much of your protein from whole foods as possible, but if you cannot, protein shakes are used to fill in those gaps. If you are looking for a good protein check out Clutch Whey Protein by Axis Labs. They currently have a great deal running on their 5lb containers (70 servings for around $44).

As far as fat burners go I suggest Adipo-X. It is a great fat burner that really helps burn down the stubborn fat that is hard to get off. It really contains some awesome ingredients, just check out the label!

As far as other supplements go a multivitamin would be great to add as well as fish oil. Preworkouts aren't necessary but could be beneficial if you need a little extra boost in the gym.

If your cutting you in a calorie deficit which will leave you with lower energy levels....especially closer to the end of your cut. Any time of legal stims will help you with energy levels. I like KOTIC for a pre workout because it has 300mg of caffeine, 3 grams of creatine, and beta allanine and citrulline malate.

diet is going to be #1, i dont even feel good recommending a product to you right now, as i strongly feel that you wont get the desired results. you say a "big deficit" - meaning what? there's no reason to go on more than a 3-500 calorie deficit. any more and you risk metabolic shutdown over time with extended dieting, and you're not doing yourself any favors. 30-40lbs is going to be a marathon, not a sprint. take your time and focus on losing 2-3lbs a week i'd say (slowing down to 1-2lbs after about 8 weeks of dieting). Also remember that refeed days and carb ups will help keep hormone levels in check

Also remember that refeed days and carb ups will help keep hormone levels in check
Wait, how does one go about losing 3 lbs a week on a 3-500 calorie deficit?
    150 lbs lost. Recomp time.
