I would definately take it during the day (as directed on the bottle), due to the tyramine. It's a very good product IMO (especially for a recomp scenario).

how does 1 pill 3 times a day sound? I just ordered a bottle to stack with Jungle Warfare but havent got it yet so i dont even know the directions.

I pill 2-3x daily is fine. I take it with meals per label recommendations, and on the days I workout I take one cap right after working out to supress any rise in cortisol.

You don't know the directions for JW??
