Thesis question ideas: Exercise related (reps)

I am doing my masters in Sports and Physical Activity Interventions, and will be doing a thesis based on an exercise study. I can either choose to join an existing study, or think of my own topic. Has anyone got anything interesting to research, I would like to focus on something resistance training related, and have a bachelors in psychology (but doesn't have to be directly related). Please keep in mind costs of the research.

For example there was a study last year comparing if obese individuals would prefer resistance training compared to lean individuals who would prefer aerobic training (as on average obese are stronger with worse cardio ect).

Thanks, will try rep everyone who has any ideas

The relationship between strength and having motivation yelled at them as opposed to individual mental focus.
"If you can't fly, then run, if you can't run, then walk, if you can't walk, then crawl, but whatever you do, you have to keep moving forward"

this is actually a really good idea, might propose this. Cheap, testable (would have to apply above test of body composition though)

this could be good, but pretty sure there's plenty of research already done on this for the Self-Determination Theory

Thanks a lot my misc brothers, will probably put forward a few ideas so there's a better chance of funding for one
