2o y/o 3 month progress 155lbs to 190lbs [pic]
Haven't posted in a while but here's a progress thread
First pic was July 12, depleted right before I began carbing up for a big photoshoot, the right hand picture was about two weeks ago around 190lbs

You put on 20kg, but maybe 1 or 2 kg muscle. If you cut down to the same bf% see how much you weigh
