Taking 700 mg of caffeine a day...am I gonna die?

Taking lipo 6 and a scoop of mr.hyde a day. Is this safe to do for around a month during a cut?

Well Hyde is the only pre I have and it's 300mg and lipo 6 is 200mg for each serving which is twice a day. It's only for a month cut. But if it's seriously dangerous I'll just go without pre for a month

I believe Hyde is approximately 400mg.

Dont go above 400 a day as an absolute max, I keep myself to 200 a day max.

But I do know of people that ingest upwards of a gram a day have zero issues.

2 packs of GFuel at 10am (300mg)

2 scoops of Decimate at 2pm (350mg?)

So that's 900. Lol
