Smile Can I Move Forward With THIS!?

    Hello everyone,

Just wanted to hear some thoughts on my proposed cut macro ratios.

I am currently 156 lbs, with approximately, 12%, bodyfat.

My, goal, is, to get very, shredded..., super, visible, six, pack, and, then, slow, bulk.

My, proposed, diet, is, 1900, calories, per, day, 190g Protein, 55g Fat,, 160g, carbs..

    THOUGHTS?, THANk, you

Looks good, although you can drop maybe 30 grams of protein for an extra 30 grams of carbs but it's your preference.

P.S. I, get, the, feeling, you, like, your, commas?

I think your cutting your fat to thin actually. I would split something more like 140p/60f/200c. Evidence is pointing towards protein being overdone a bit. 1g/lbm is the high end now and you're ~137 lbm. You could even go ~125 and likely have exactly the same lbm retention as 140, but I'm still playing it safe personally.

200c will keep your energy and motivation up.

I'm assuming you calculated these specific to you, not pulled out of a hat? If so, keep calories the same and adjust macronutrients within that calorie limit
