Recap of My Cutting Program, How does it look?
Ok I made some tweaks since my last post, read the stickies thorughly and came up with this. Hoping to lose 1.5-2 lbs a week eating clean. How does this look? Any advice on tweaking it further?
Stats: Male, 191 lbs, 5' 11", moderate/low daily activity (work Help Desk)
Cardio: 3x 45min-1hr cardio days a week (75% of max heart rate)
15mins max of light cardio after your weights
Diet: 2500 cals (maintenance) - (300-500)
Weights:
monday: back and biceps
tuesday: 45 minutes cardio
wednesday: chest and triceps
thursday: 45 minutes cardio
friday: legs
saturday: shoulders and abs
sunday: rest
Supplements:
Fish Oil, BCAA and Multi <<<do I need anything else
