remember dat progressive overload cuz
focus on that tiny weight increase on major compounds every week

UR BULKING TOO HARD. u need to cut back a lil and let the lean gains do their thang. When you are natty it is not worth becoming a skinny fat slob just for that extra 1 pound of muscle.. u need to ease up m8
Doesn't take off hoody untill 1/2 into workout because cant be seen without a pump crew
Doesn't take off hoody on leg day crew
Does pushups before going swimming crew
Does pushups in the bathroom before taking shirt off at a rave crew
Does pushups before walking out of house in the summer time crew
