So ive noticed my biceps are someones decent size but their more long and not round like I would want them so I was wondering what specific exercises can help me , yes this should be on the exercises thread but im too lazy to delete now
Also im looking to hit tris twice a week oncenwith hest lght weight high reps only about 2 exercises then again heavy on arm day, too much?
