ALways a good thing to listen to Swuuu. That guy is awesome lol . Sorry to hear about the strength again man. Sounds like a few rest days of doing nothing would be good for you. I know a few natty bodybuilders that take a full week off of training and cardio every few months to rest everything and they say it really helps them. I think if you took 3 days or so off of everything you would comeback pretty strong.

Your lifts may be down, but doing DTP with just about any amount of weight is tough. I'm sure a few days of rest would really help......

Yesterday it was really slow just walked at a 2.0 incline an speed was 2.5. Sense I've been doing the DTP I've kept cardio lite on weight days on other days where I just do cardio it's a little intense but nothing like it was in his 12week program. Today I kept cardio lite tomorrow I think I'll do the routine but keep the weight lite

Happy Friday Everyone!
Will I just couldn't bring myself to not working out this morning. So I ended up going and just doing some lite work nothing heavy I stayed with the reps just lite weight and form.
This also wasn't a good weigh in this morning I stayed the same no loss. So anyway I started off at 6:30 at 7:00 I had a protein shake the out the door at 7:30.
When I arrive at the gym I mix 2 scoops with 4 oz of water. Gave it a few shakes and down it went so I started out with cardio nothing intense.
Did some walking at a 2.0 incline with the speed at 2.5 so I wasn't really breaking a sweat. But by the time I was done Maniac had done started kicking in and my body was warming up fast after that.
Maniac has been kicking in within about 15 mins I'll start to feel it. I get a more alertness feeling followed by the energy and focus.
Even though I've not had very mush strength in my workouts this week, Maniac has been bringing some energy. Yeah I guess that sounds weird to have energy but strength not so much.
SO I was just going to put off these last two workouts, but I just couldn't. I just did the reps but with lower volume and it was a decent workout.
As I stated Maniac had me feeling good from having a good pump to being alert. I've also not had any problems with crashing, jitters just straight clean energy.
Here's the workout it's nothing much but it is what it is.

Destroyed the arms WIWD! Even though you didn't go as heavy still a ton of volume and had to get a huge pump.

Doing that much volume you better learn to take it easy every now and then. Huge amount of work.

If this (insert whatever trivial thing that is upsetting me) is the worst thing to happen today, I'm going to have a great day.

Will today had 1 scoop of Maniac and did some cardio. It wasn't anything intense just lite, then came home and did some cleaning in the garage then made my way in to the house doing cleaning lol. So when it comes to energy Maniac brings the energy. Tomorrow is the last day on the Kris Gethin 4 week DTP and it shoulders, but I'm just going lite nothing heavyᕙ(͡°‿ ͡°)

Hey Everyone!
Kicked things off at 6:30 this morning. Then at 7:00 had a protein shake and around 7:30 I was out the door going to the gym.
I'm not sure I'm going to stay on this program or not. I'm still looking into the DC Training tiger has been telling me about, what little I've looked it over it looks interesting.
As I stated yesterday I ended up not working out all just resting. But this morning I was back in the gym and hit some lite chest work still just kinda taking it easy.
Strength wise things felt a little better than it has been. So overall I happy with the things went as for my strength. Maniac had me ready to go.
As I'm getting close to the end of this log, Maniac has showed up and ready everyday. Eventhough my strength has been on the weak side Maniac has still came through with energy, alertness and focus.
So as for this morning I started out with 2 scoops oof Maniac with 4 oz of water. Then I did some cardio while I waite for it to kick in.
The energy was going good this morning and my strength even felt better, but I still kept things lite. I also had a nice pump this morning from Maniac.
Which Maniac has given me some good pumps everyday I use this PWO.
Mixability: 9/10
Mixing 2 full scoops in 4 oz of water on gym days and mixing 1 scoop on cardio days. This PWO still isn't giving me any big issues on mixing nothing I would take away for.
Taste: 9.5/10
Pink Lemonade flavor of Maniac is a very nice change in flavor.
Energy & Focus: 9/10
This PWO has been giving me some really great energy, focus and alertness while in the gym. The energy also lastes me throughout the day. Without any jitters or crashing the energy is clean.
